About Andrey Yagin

I was born in a small Georgian town of Telavi (USSR) in 1971. My father was a Soviet helicopter pilot and a Communist, and he made sure that I had very good high school education and atheistic upbringing. In 1988, I graduated from school and became a language student in the city of Nizhny Novgorod. In 1991, I came to faith in Christ, and later, in 1993 I enrolled in a Bible school in the USA to be trained as a minister. Since 1994 I have been in part-time or full-time ministry. I taught English as the second language at Moscow State University for some time and then quit and switched to writing and publishing work. I am married, have four children and keep on pastoring and writing. Hopefully, my second book about Pastor Alexey Zimin will be published soon.
