About Andre Chatvick

I am a public sector worker who wrote my first novel in response to periods of unemployment. For the first novel I would write scenes in between scanning job sites and writing job applications. The second novel is underway, and I am still writing scenes between scanning job sites and writing job applications. The time off is good for writing but not for paying the bills. I want to be able to live off my writing income but that isn't possible yet. One of the best things about working in the public sector is the endless supply of material it provides for the satirical elements of the books.
