About Thomas Thurston

Thomas M. Thurston holds a PhD in Systematic Theology from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley. He has taught at De La Salle University in Manila, the Philippines and St. Mary’s College in Moraga, California. He has published articles on spirituality in White Crane Journal. His spiritual wanderings have taken him from Roman Catholicism to neopaganism and ceremonial magick to Buddhism and freethought, with various other stops along the way.
