This book is based almost entirely around the glion curriculum, so although some information can benefit outside readers, most of it is attuned to the students. The information in the book for students however is very helpful for both presentations and exam material. -Daniel Hill

The different feedback are really helpful to understand how the lessons are perceived through the eyes of the students. It is also interesting to see some kind of sum up of our last few months of education.

I completely agree with what has been written by the students, because I myself have experienced the progression curve during the entirety of the course. Yes students might not understand the reason why they are given some tasks in the beginning, however they will eventually be grateful for the educational journey.

The book is very helpful for future students to understand the concept of this course and be prepared for the assignments that they will encounter. To me this book represents a short summary of the main book that is used for this course. I think it would be important for new students to read this before the start of the course as it will help them gain main understanding of what is communication in hospitality is like. I feel like if I would of looked at this book in the beginning it would be easier for me to navigate throughout this course.
