As the father of eight children, I have always had an intense interest in natural healing methods and proper nutrition. In my younger years, I struggled with weight control. Having tried (unsucessfully) several diet plans, I set out to determine why all of the diet programs only work for a short period of time.
During my studies, I learned that even though there are several factors which contribute to weight gain, the fat content in food is the most ominous foe when it comes to losing weight.
During my study of this phenomenon, I lost 85 pounds in about 9 months and realized I would never have a problem losing weight again.
The manuscript for this book was written over twenty years ago. During these years, I have shared my findings with virtually dozens of friends and relative who experienced similar results.
As a resut of all of the encouragement from my friends who use this program also now, I decided to publish this book so everyone can now access this plan.
