Reviews of Mom Can't Live Alone Anymore by Tonya Thomas

This is an excellent read, poignant and demonstrates a reality that we all may need to face at some point in our lives. Tonya Thomas delivers a true to life event. It sent me back in time to when my sister and I tried to convince our parents (into their 80's) to go into an assisted living facility. Instead they opted to stay in their home, which turned out to be a nightmare for all concerned. Eventually they both needed full time nursing home care and passed on within two months of each other's deaths.

This is a definite read for anyone having to deal with this type of situation re their elderly parents. Scary thing is I'm not there yet, but it won't be that long when I am.
