When you can live healthy, why do you want to live unhealthy, sickly and worn-out? It is quite possible for all of us to make a move in the direction of being healthy as long as we live on this planet earth. To live a healthy life is a choice each one of us has to make. In my late sixties after a break-down of my health, I made a firm decision to live a healthy life-style.
