Paul at his favourite diner and an arguing couple at the next table and suddenly there's a negative development.
There's a story in here somewhere, but the writing suffers from far too much telling instead of showing. Our Paul has endless cups of coffee and the reader suffers through each and every one of them.
Also, Paul feels very uncomfortable with the situation next to him, but after finishing his meal and the first pot of coffee, he still orders another pot of his preferred drink. Why?
Makes no sense. Just leave and endless cuppas next time. (Ok, not for Paul that is.)
