Gerard is a lifetime member of the Rhode Island Romance Writers. A wonderful group that supports, nurtures and teaches about the craft of writing.
From the creative mind of Gerard Labrecque, came The Wizard Lizard. A classic children's bed-time story. Now available as an audio book. http://itunes.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewAudiobook?id=492594738&s=143441
In 2013 this was followed be Lorelai and The Kings Monster. A cute folk tale about a puppy. It continued with the same characters as The Wizard Lizard, but this time Lawrence's sister Lorellai takes the lead and finds some special magic of her own
Random Glory, a full length romantic comedy of Frankenstein's monster's lineage. Random Glory was 2 1/2 years in the making, and challenges the multi-character rules of writing in a way that few can. This is not for Children! It is a Mash-book comedy of everything Frankenstein deliver in an old fashion gag to gag comedy stye. As Crazy as the old show Get Smart or the movie Air Plane. It is that type of comedy. It would make a great movie.
2014 Brought my first science fiction. Titled: The Crack of Dawn by Gerard Labrecque released as an eBook and an audiobook
It is an action-adventure thriller. Also if you,e ever been a truck driver (I have) I think you will love it.
2015 goals. The Visitors. Will have a storyline of clashing love and loneliness together hidden behind a Science fiction mystery thriller. I hope to release it in the spring
2015 will also bring book three of the Wizard Lizard series. Lawrence goes to school. This again will bring all the characters back for a final adventure and stay true to the folk tale style of writing I used in the first two books. I hope to release it in the summer.
I wish you all a Happy and healthy year.
God Bless you all.

This is more of a crazy send-up than a romance. Think Young Frankenstein for an idea of the concept and constant puns. Totally impossible plot.
I would advise downloading an excerpt; this type of humour is not for everyone.
No spelling, grammar problems that I noted. Formatting is good.

I really enjoyed this book, it has memorable characters, improbable situations, and humor that borders on genius! I can hardly wait for Crack of Dawn!
