Review by: Abel Garcia on April 28, 2013 :
Great advice on how to lead a happier life. I love how it starts off with a simple chapter on Gratitude. I think that is missing so much and I'm guilty of not showing my gratitude as often as I should.

This is a great book for those that state they are unhappy or wish to be happier. Changing your mindset can take some time but its very possible. This is a great book on how to make changes right away that will have a long lasting impact on your life. Highly recommend this!
