Wow, such an exciting story! I really enjoyed this one, and loved the setting and world building. I wasn't sure what this was about when I started it, but from the first pages, we are immersed in a world where Osker is leader of a small remnant of a once great tribe. Having been nearly wiped out by their enemy, the Wyrm, Osker tells his followers they must spread out, and forget the old ways. No reading, no writing, no metals, nothing that links them to the Wyrm. Time passes, and we meet Torg, Osker's grandson, one of a few kids preparing for adulthood. When strangers visit Torg's home, big changes are set into motion. I loved the adventure, and the dangers our heroes meet in this story!
