Derry James-Tannariello, DMIN, BCC founded Chaplain Services at Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital in the foothills of California. Contributing to over 15 years of hospital ministry, she has effectively trained others in serving.

Derry carries a Doctor of Ministry specializing in Christian Counseling, a Masters of Divinity, a MA in Christian Psychology, a BA in Religion, and BS in both Personal Ministries and in Psychology. Derry is a former adjunct professor of the Trinity Bible College and received the VIP Woman of the Year award from the National Association of Professional Women. She continues her Chaplaincy work as well as her work in spiritual guidance and pastoral responsibilities.
