Julie Anderson is a novelist, writer, blogger and publisher. She writes as J.J.Anderson, both for younger readers - the Al Andalus series, Book I Reconquista - and for older ones - ‘The Village; A Year in Twelve Tales’. All are published by The Story Bazaar.
Julie lives in South London and in Jerez de la Frontera, Andalucia, Spain. Julie blogs regularly under the name ‘JulieJ’, at www.thestorybazaar.com, reporting on current cultural events and exhibitions in London, places and people of historical interest, life and events in southern Spain and writing and publishing. You can also find her on Twitter as jjstorybazaar. Julie edits the annual Story Bazaar Compendium series, containing articles and fiction from a variety of contributors. She co-founded the Clapham Book Festival, now in its third year and curated 'Storytelling' at the Crystal Palace Overground Festival 2017. Her work appears in a variety of places, including on academic courses and other online sites.
