The 'trial' part is good , specially when 'who' and 'what' parts of other driver are unconcealed. This being the only suspense element I found, this could have been more descriptive, maybe a bit more highlighted. The story goes right in the sequence as is in the description column and is quite predictable afterwards. Although it's not having any unnecessary elements making it quickly finishable. As far as writing style is concerned I feel the later section is more appealing than initial one. Could have had an alternative ending.

Finished reading. It's a weird story. I had hoped there was an explanation to it or something. It gives a lesson though- don't text and drive!
