This is your one-stop resource for gluten-free living! A fantastic pocket guide that beautifully summarizes everything you need to know about a gluten-free diet. As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I am thrilled to have this simplified booklet at my fingertips. It is a great resource for my clients and for any healthcare practitioner who manages those with Celiac disease or gluten-intolerance. I appreciate having a quick reference to gluten-containing foods, what to look for when reading food labels, and how to begin meal planning! This is a positive read for those who may feel restricted by their gluten-free diet. The case study scenarios help put a meaningful and real-life perspective to the discussion. Thank you for this excellent guide! Thumbs up!

As a Registered Dietitian, I can say the gluten-free trend has become a hot topic. Alexia does a wonderful job scientifically explaining all aspects of Celiac Disease (diagnosis, symptoms, associated conditions, and complications) but in a clear & concise manner with helpful visuals, making it easy for anyone to understand. She explains how to realistically follow a gluten-free diet by reading food labels, ingredient lists, meal planning, and concerns when eating out. This ebook is so well written, I will definitely be recommending it to my Celiac Disease and gluten-free patients as a helpful resource.
