About Christopher Grandy

Christopher Grandy is Associate Professor of the Public Administration Program at the University of Hawaii (Manoa). Grandy has served on the faculties of the economics departments of Barnard College and the University of Hawaii. He worked as an economic analyst for the Hawaii Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism during the administrations of Governor Benjamin Cayetano (1995-2001). He has served on the Hawaii State Tax Review Commission (2005-2007) and is currently (2017) a member of the Hawaii State Council on Revenues.
