In an age where the world has become vastly more complex and the demands of living seem ever more stressful, I have written this guide to help people focus on the important factors we should all examine to maintain a healthy body and a healthy mind. It was inspired by a course I originally designed on "Relaxation" where I produced an audio file to help people relax and relieve stress.
