About RD Francis

Schooled as an architectural draftsman and radio broadcaster, and after a detour as a sometimes music journalist, roadie, and rock bassist, a move from behind the microphone to the front of the camera led to my current endeavors as a screenwriter specializing in sci-fi, horror, and comedy.

I am the writer of the Ghosts of Jim Morrison, The Phantom of Detriot and the Fates of Rock n' Roll.

I have just published my first novel, the erotic, Gothic horror tale, The Devil's Anatomy. My new, second novel, another Gothic horror tale, The Small Hours, is out now.

RD Francis is fantastic!
Amazing author! This book is 'unique' in its genre:a great 'compendium' of the historical band Walpurgis/Phantom,with full details'research about all musicians involved and that crossed their path with the legendary Ted Pearson.
A must for Phantom fans, but also for all the classic rock historicians.
Highly recommended!
