I am a creative writer and content developer who leads a Publications and Documentation Team for a Southern African Regional Health organisation. I was raised in Scotland by an Italian mother, and by a father with a rich Scottish heritage who infused his love of history and storytelling. I have worked and travelled beyond Europe in America, Jamaica and all across Eastern and Southern Africa. I have just one husband, and we have two sons and raised the family in Zimbabwe, where I currently reside. My cooking, like my writing, reflects my lifes' journey.
The most pertinent point, however, is that I cook. I cook up a storm!
