They Lied

The teachings of Christianity and the truths of Scripture often clash with one another, but the Church doesn't seem to notice, or care. Calling out many popular preachers by name, Ehbed pulls no punches, exposing their deception with well-researched Biblical scholarship and common sense.

About Martseah Ehbed

Ehbed, former criminal and current PA state inmate, presently serving out the remainder of his sentence at SCI Graterford, is not your typical felon. Born and raised in South Philadelphia, Mr. Ehbed was a standout high school student-athlete, recruited by Temple University to play football, who dropped out after 14 months and entered the workforce.
Secular pursuits have taken him from catering to car dealerships to audio engineer to a spot on a professional indoor football team to family man and wedding photographer.
After serving in a church for 3 years, Martseah made a string of very poor decisions, and in 2010 he was arrested for attempted homicide.
In spite of the many hardships that he has faced—the shame of his crime, separation from family, the deaths of his wife, father, and several other loved ones—Mr. Ehbed refused to give up, and he has become a brand new person through rigorous Bible study and application, placing his faith in the Messiah. The heavenly Father used the “pause button” of prison to open Martseah’s eyes and save his life.
