Ingrid, author of the popular 21-Day Challenge series, is an avid reader and writer and would call herself "an observer of people and reality". She has always been interested in studying the human mind and behavior. Ingrid holds a MA degree in Psychology and apart from writing and investigating she works as a HR consultant for multiple European companies.
In her free time she enjoys traveling and getting to know different cultures. Her favorite way of traveling is spontaneous and adventurous, always pushing herself a little out of her comfort zone.
In her younger years, Ingrid, like so many of us, suffered from shyness and low self-esteem. It wasn't until she began learning about human psychology and confronting her own fears and inhibitions that she came out of her shell and into the world as the confident woman she is nowadays. She likes putting her experiences and wisdom on paper and helping people to improve the quality of their lives.
