Emma Green had struggled with weight loss for 10 years. She can vividly remember the feelings she had, and was frustrated at trying and failing, time and time again. She became depressed and emotional; only fueling the fire to want to eat more.

After going back to understanding the essence of food, she learned about food in its natural state; the way nature intended, as well as herbs and other superfoods. This was the point where she actually saw real results that did not make her have to eat boring, tasteless food. She also learned that she didn’t have to endure tortuous exercise regimes that made her exhausted. After figuring out the role nutrition had to play on the body, she eventually lost over 100 pounds!

In truth, Emma became sick and tired of the BS in the marketplace, and because she had been very overweight herself, she too understands the feeling of being overweight on a physical and mental level.
