About Michaeline Della Fera

About the Author Michaeline Della Fera
Michaeline began her career writing cozy mysteries. After publishing three cozy mysteries, she became interested in ‘the women in politics,’ and took a four year hiatus from writing mysteries. After meeting and interviewing some of the northeast’s most powerful elected women, Michaeline wrote Women at the Table, 40 Intimate Profiles of Political Women of the Northeast. When the constituents of New Hampshire voted the first female majority Senate in New Hampshire as well as in the nation, Michaeline was moved to chronicle the first year of the 160th Senate for future generations of women. Since the publication of Thirteen Women, Inside New Hampshire’s Female Majority Senate, she has been traveling the northeast speaking about women in politics as well as women and leadership.
Now Michaeline has returned to writing cozy mysteries. But as the title of this book implies, A Nice Murder at the State House, she couldn’t totally abandon her fascination with the world of politics and all things political.
A former public school teacher and special education administrator, small business owner, and college advisor, with a master’s degree in special education and a C.A.G.S. in administration, Michaeline is more than happy to speak at political gatherings, book clubs, libraries, and other organized or casual events.
