Donald Trump's Book of Lies
A collection of provably false public statements made by U. S. President Donald J. Trump from the time he took office in 2017 up until the present. More
For as long as our country has been in existence the tale has been told to children that our first president, George Washington, could not tell a lie. Now it appears that our 45th president, Donald J. Trump, cannot tell the truth. Many of his public statements he makes merely to glorify himself. Recently it was suggested to him by a member of Congress that he is the greatest American president of all time, even including Washington and Lincoln. He is now considering it and it is but a matter of time before he concludes that it is true and makes a public announcement. In other statements he attempts to claim credit for things he had little or nothing to do with, such as programs that were initiated before he came into office. Other statements he has made to push an agenda, such as declaring that the U. S. unemployment rate is 30%. "Don't believe the Bureau of Labor Statistics! those are phony numbers. Believe me instead."
This is a collection of provably false statements made by Mr. Trump from the time he took office in 2017 until the present. It will be updated for as long as he remains in office or until he cleans up his act.
