Such a book gives me a better understanding about anger, its types, and how to deal with it. It helps to know the different types of anger and hence my anger type. Different stories are handled also which gives me insight about the importance of such a topic "anger management". After complete this book, I gained a fair awareness about anger from different aspects and how to deal with it.

Nice practical book that made me think about where and when I was angry and how I should have dealt with that anger.

After reading this book I can relate many situations to the anger types mentioned by the author.
Also, I like the stories written and the motivations (whether healthily or socially) that can lead me to think more and more to calm down before anger bursts.
