Better than I thought. Not another scam and I actually still got to eat chocolate without it being classed as ‘cheat day’ or something to feel bad about eating. Really happy about the progress, already lost a few kilos and excited to continue.

I love the approach of this book in tackling weight loss. It made sense and individualising the program to your own likes and dislikes makes the program great to follow. Used it on my kids and we all had fun with it.

I have tried for some time to lose weight with no luck. Not sure if the approach is that new, but great book that made sense, and easy to follow. After 2 weeks I have lost 3.5kgs and have reduced my medication for my diabetes. Great read for those who have lost faith and need a down to earth approach.

A friend provided me a copy of this book after struggling with my weight for some time. They knew the author and their family and thought this may be answer for me. As I travel with work and often eat on the run, this book has changed my approach to my food choices and as a consequence I am feeling much healthier and losing weight easily. I am now finally in control of my weight and know how to stay on track. This practical, common sense approach is easy to read and follow – happy to recommend.
