What a great, fun book! My family had been thinking of going vegan for some time, but we didn't have any good recipes: This book is the answer. The pictures whet one's appetite for enticing, exotic new dishes.

I hate vegans, and this book makes me sick to my stomach. The only thing that can make this book worth anyone’s time is adding meat to all the ingredients. The 5 stars is because the author looks cute.

I liked the variety of recipes this book has and the author did a great job explaining everything. It’s not only recipes you learn a lot about each meal and the culture from the description he wrote. It is a great book to read.

I just looked through the book and am excited to have all these wonderful recipes! I’ve always wanted a guide to recipes as such, and find it hard to be inspired for a vegan lifestyle. I can’t wait to try out some of these recipes and I love the enthusiasm of the author!
