About Cameron D. James

Cameron D. James is a life-long lover of books and telling stories ... especially stories involving hot guys doing hot things. When not immersed in the pages of a novel, he can usually be found playing board games with friends or cuddling with one of his rescue cats. (Or, if the mood is right and he’s a bit tipsy, playing board games with his cats and cuddling with his friends.)

After publishing nearly a hundred titles under a variety of pen names, many of which have become category bestsellers on Amazon or the now-defunct All Romance eBooks, Cameron started up Deep Desires Press, a publishing house for romance and erotica of all romantic pairings.

The best way to get in touch with Cameron is either by Twitter (@Cameron_D_James) or his website (

Reviews of Silent Hearts by Cameron D. James

B.J. Frazier Publications, LLC reviewed on Aug. 3, 2020

Cameron D. James effortlessly mixes sweet and heat in “Silent Hearts”... and not only with lovers.

From the first paragraph, the reader *knows* who Jake is, faults and all. The main character, Jake, moves halfway across the globe to escape the intensity of life. James’ characters are three-dimensional and complex.

Hints of Jake’s past provide an understanding for why he is closed off. As Jake learns to let go and open up, the reader roots for him.

A feel-good gay love story!

It’s a pleasure to read grammatically correct erotica that is also rich with plot. “Silent Hearts” is a well-crafted novella that leaves the reader eager to read another James book!

Highly recommended!
