I first discovered yoga about 10 years ago and have been hooked ever since. The benefits I have got from the routines have been beneficial to my health and overall well-being. I am passionate about sharing these techniques to help others to get results and also to find ways to get a workout in despite our busy schedules.

Working in the media and events leaves me with little time to work out therefore, finding time to fit in a workout or yoga session did prove difficult until I started using my time wisely and fitting in small but effective routines regularly.
