About Grant Finnegan

Grant Finnegan is an avid reader of anything with the word ‘Thriller,’ in the genre. His favourite authors are many, though many are known to us all—Stephen King, Clive Cussler, and Australia’s greatest author (in his opinion) Matthew Reilly, to name a few.
Grant’s first novel found him in Uluru, Northern Territory, taking in one of Australia’s (and to him the world’s) most stunning and jaw-dropping natural wonders. The Seventh List was largely based at this remarkable place, and visiting there to research for his first novel was a most memorable trips of his life. Grant suggests that Uluru should be on everyone’s bucket list.

Grant resides in the bayside suburbs of Melbourne Australia, where he can be found wandering along the local beach with his wife on most days chatting about the world around them and taking in the fresh salt air. When he’s not at the beach he will be either writing his next novel, in the kitchen cooking up a storm, or thinking about when the next winter is going to come around so he can get on his Snowboard and ride the white powder. Preferably on New Zealand’s South Island, which he often calls one of his favorite places on Earth.

Grant's second novel is due for release in early 2018.
