I purchased this book and along with training Deverick I have lost 50lbs in 8 weeks Just do what he and his book says and Just do It. He will not lead you wrong Just follow what he says to do and follow his instructions. and you will loose weight.

This book is written by my personal trainer and friend Deverick Lampley and I love it! So much of this is common sense but there are plenty of key points in here that will really make a difference in your life. I worked out with Deverick and followed his eating plan and lost 70 pounds and 60 inches in an 8 month period. All while traveling about 75% of the time so this is absolutely doable for anyone with a busy or on the go lifestyle! This book is brief and to the point, you don't have to read hundred's of pages to get started. It works!
