Lili Tanner (aka Liliane Lerch, born in Switzerland 1955). Author, columnist, freelance writer. She writes for various publications in Switzerland. Her weekly column “Coyote Corner” about her Mojave desert life ran for over four years. Prior to that Lili Tanner was a copywriter and creative director in advertising. She started her writing career as an art critic.
Lili Tanner has lived in Venice and Twentynine Palms, California since 1996.
The Lazy Poet is her first novel. It was first published in German under the title of “Datura” (Liliane Lerch) in 2009 by Atrium Publishing House, Hamburg.
