About Scott Fritz

I was born in California in the late 50’s and raised about 30 miles east of San Francisco.
I went to College at Claremont Men’s College (now Claremont McKenna College) in southern California where I received a BA in Management Engineering. I then went to Stanford University where I received a BS in Electrical Engineering.
Since graduating from Stanford I’ve worked for over 30 years in the Integrated Circuit Industry designing analog integrated circuits.
Over 20 years ago I came to believe in the redemptive work Jesus Christ did for you and me on the Cross. Since that time I’ve devoted much of my spare time to studying the scriptures. During a trip to visit Israel in 2005 I became interested in the second temple era history. It is during this time that our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, was born.
I currently live in San Jose, California. I am married and have three grown children.

This was a charming story about faith. A grandfather sharing his belief about the birth of Jesus with his grandson and his grandson having the faith to act upon those beliefs. A heartwarming tale that we shared with our Bible study group right before Christmas. Beautifully done!

I was impressed with the faith of the child. His grandfather had told him about the coming messiah, and when he saw the signs he was quick to believe. What a great commentary about our relationships and how they inspire our faith towards the truth of Jesus Christ. What children learn at home is often more important then what they learn from others. In this case, the influence of this skeptical, but obedient grandfather spoke truth into the discerning heart of his grandson. We do our children a great service to impress on their minds at an early age the truths of the Bible, just as this grandfather did. I am sending this book to my little ones.

This wonderful Christmas story can be read year round. It is a heartwarming tale that cries out to be made into a Hallmark Hall of Fame video classic for everyone! Although children's fiction, this entirely probable version of the nativity blends Old Testament prophesy into the familiar New Testament story of Jesus' birth. Read this to your children and each other. You'll love it.
