About Sunny Lockwood

Sunny Lockwood has loved reading and writing since she was a child. Among her favorite authors: Laura Ingalls Wilder, Loren Eiseley, C.S. Lewis, Flannery O’Connor, Katherine Anne Porter, Anna Quindlen and Alexander McCall Smith.

Publications began buying her stories and poems when she was a high school junior. After college, she was a magazine editor, a weekly newspaper editor and, later, a daily newspaper reporter.
