Keith Baldwin is a business coach, author, speaker, and radio show host (on Star Worldwide Networks’ RockStar Radio) who helps business owners build engaged teams. Keith’s coaching programs help clients clarify their vision and objectives, then consistently execute high-leverage actions that build the value of their company. During 26 years in the financial services industry, Keith earned designations such as CLU, ChFC, and CPCU. Observing distinct differences in the energy and productivity levels of various teams during hundreds of different company visits, he was inspired to immerse himself in motivation and mentoring research, which culminated in a Master’s Degree in Adult Education with an emphasis in Human Resource Development and Leadership.

Keith is a certified Value Builder Advisor. He is also a Gallup-certifed Strengths Coach and accredited Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitator. Value Builder provides the systems, StrengthsFinder and Five Behaviors work provides the tools for building trust, encouraging constructive conflict and fully engaging your team so that they hold each other accountable.

Keith studied with the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) to earn the Certified Professional Coach designation. Keith’s unique coaching approach helps clients identify their natural talents, turn those into strengths, and focus their strengths on engaging people and driving profits.

When not coaching, you’ll find him water skiing, bike riding, and playing with grand kids with his wife Cindy among the beautiful scenery.
