Prepare yourself,
the world changes.
Volcanoes rumble, Seas spew steam
and the Grounds shake
The ones who had f led
surface yet again
The Temples of Death rise,
the bonds that tie them break.

A bloodline will be lost,
A bloodline will revive,
In the dead lands shall One fall,
In the Dead lands shall One rise
Through a man shall be killed a God,

About Harshveer Jain

Harshveer is from Indore and currently works and lives in Mumbai. He has spent most of his formative years lifting rusty iron in government sponsored gyms in IIT Bombay and IIM Calcutta. He also studied a bit there, but that was mostly under peer pressure. That’s probably everything that’s interesting about him.
He aspires to become a moderately successful author before he dies of liver failure and sincerely hopes that you appreciate his first attempt.

Review by: Vaibhav Nag on Nov. 28, 2018 :
Got this book, read the first few chapters. I have enjoyed fantasy before, but I'm more interested in character building than world building and that seems to be why I couldn't get into this book on first read -- the author clearly focussed on developing the world in the story first and foremost, perhaps because the world and the nature of it has more importance in the plot than the characters do. I'll have to give this another go and decide if my initial thoughts were justified or not. It does have the potential to be a solid read though, for the simple reason that the author Harshveer clearly understands that good and evil are not so binary in a good story. Hopefully that translates well into a powerful read. The star rating is of course, baseless but I left it at 5 so that others might pick it up and let the read resonate with them, especially if they love a book with good world building.
