Great story! It was hard and dark at first to read about all the abuse she went through but then it was great to read how her rescuer rescued her and took care of her. It was interesting to see how conflicted she was after she got her memory back and had to choose who to stay with. I don't want to give away to much so you're just going to have to read it yourself. But ending was amazing. I really liked how the author gave us alternate endings. One heart wrenching, and the other totally blew my mind. I was not expecting it. I would recommend this book to people who like dark romances and are not afraid of tough subjects and graphic details and descriptions of abuse. It does have an HEA and the story is hopeful and gives hope to victims and survivors. The message I got from this books is to never give up hope.

Good book. It's a hard read and could be triggering for some people but had a happy ending. I would recommend to people who like dark romances with a lot of hardship to overcome.
