About Sam Steve

As a child, I grew in Lagos, Nigeria; was born in April 19,1997; a Nigerian author, Sam Steve. I attended Early Harvest International Academy, before working as a teacher in the Light Bearers International School as a Basic III Class Teacher for 2 years.

Although, I had been a well-commended writer since I was 15, I always wanted to write more. First, I finished a story, 'The Tough Days Of A Scottish General' at 15, and it did get me a lot of attention from dear folks who read it. Seeing how special I felt, I wrote another one, 'Life Among Gamblers' which I never finished because I needed to finish my preparations for exams. In the process, both novels got stolen. I gave a space of two months or more.

Challenged by playwrights like William Shakespeare, the next few months, I wrote a novel on political corruption, 'Factions'—an exposition of the dirtiness in Western politics and politics in general. Soon, I abandoned it without getting it completed: the pressure of the West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (WASSCE) forced me to. It wasn't that bad! I obviously passed my Literature (Grade B3), and was commended by some people who knew my skill in English. Most even persuaded me to pursue that as my career, and this motivated me to continue my job of creativity in story-writing.

I'm now 22; just published one of my first religious story on christian life — “God's Fingerprint”. I'm working on another: When God was A Cook.

Do enjoy checking out whatever I write and I would like your reviews on them; it does encourage me to be the best writer I can be to my generation. To also be notified of my new stories, add me as a favorite writer. Thank you!
