Rambling Man Walks The Yorkshire Wolds Way

The Yorkshire Wolds Way. A 79 mile walking route that starts near the Humber Bridge, and ends with fish and chips in sight at the Victorian seaside resort of Filey. It's a walk that takes you through a secret part of Yorkshire, overshadowed by the Dales and Moors.

Two men decided to walk it, during a major heatwave. This is the tale of that walk. More

About Andrew Bowden

Andrew Bowden was born and raised in Manchester and spent much of his early years being dragged around Etherow Country Park a few miles from his parents house.

After abandoning hiking in his teenage years in favour of spending far too much time in front of computer games, he returned to the hills after settling in London.

As well as the Coast to Coast he has walked the Pennine Way, the South Downs Way, Dales Way, the West Highland Way, the Southern Upland Way, the Cumbria Way and more.

Somehow he even finds the time to run a walking based website called Rambling Man (www.ramblingman.org.uk)
