Over a period of 18+ years, Natasha was held ransom by the possible onset of health implications. Being less than 5'2 and weighing over 15+ stones (210+ lbs. / 95+ kg), she spent many of those years trying and researching fat loss programs, the majority of which saw her weight yo-yoing throughout the years; none helped to keep the pounds off.
Back then she felt that there either wasn't enough support for overweight people on a nutritional stance, or the ever-increasing amount of information available was overwhelming, which increased her anxiety.
She began to change her eating habits, and ultimately found that making nutrition and lifestyle changes helped her to regain a sense of control, with the added knowledge that she was a contributing factor to her own health care.
Over the years using lessons learnt she set in place personal changes in diet and lifestyle that have greatly impacted her life, both physically and emotionally.
