About Natasha Martelly

Over a period of 18+ years, Natasha was held to ransom by the possible onset of health implications. Being less than 5'2 and weighing over 15+ stones (210 lbs), she spent many of those years trying and researching weight loss programs, all of which saw her weight yo-yoing throughout the years; none helped to keep the pounds off. She felt that there either wasn't enough support for overweight people on a nutritional stance, or the ever-increasing amount of information available was overwhelming, which increased her anxiety level.

She began to re-educate her eating habits, and found that making nutrition and lifestyle changes helped her to regain a sense of control, with the added knowledge that she was a contributing factor to her own health care. Soon, Natasha was looking and feeling so much better, it reinforced her passion and interests in optimal wellness. In recent years, she has continued to practice personal changes in diet and lifestyle that have greatly impacted on her own and her family's life.

Natasha mentors those interested in fat loss and management using her many years of experience by advising, motivating and supporting them through to their personal wellness goals.
