Joseph Ragone was part of an intricate narcotics/heroin operation that flourished in metropolitan New York in the mid-1950s. Ragone associates, i.e. Frank Borelli, Angelo DeGeorge, etc., continued their narcotics syndicate activities into the early 1960s.
