As a woman with a big desire to help my family to get and stay healthy – my journey began in 1981. Out of my own experience (playing 18 Hole Rounds frequently) a diet rich in omega’s supports my joints. Plus I know that Omega Fatty Acids improves the health of my heart. I feel like I know a lot more about the benefits of omega acids after browsing through the book – specifically the differences between the different types. It’s clear from reading it that both have a profound knowledge of the subject. There are a few surprising things they introduce, including a new fatty acid combination of omega’s.
