I've not read the other Dare books, so am not sure of the premise. A woman gets a text daring her to strip for the walk from her car to her front door. What follows is a kind of bondage and borderline non-consensual sex with a man she at times seems to know and at other times is a stranger.
The writing is clearly by a man, and he is describing the woman's thoughts and feelings. I doubt women readers will be convinced the character is realistic or her reactions likely. But I may be wrong. The man seemed predatory to me, not a personality that appeals to me.
The book is vague about physical details apart from the descriptions of fleshy hydraulics, the story continues without real plotting until it doesn't, and the spelling and punctuation are pretty standard for today, with "your" being used for "you're" and "your".
