Rolland was a board member with the Lewis and Clark Historic Kaw Point Park, an environmental group. He was a reenactor with the Lewis and Clark bicentennial expedition and played the role of Silas Goodrich, expert fisherman. Sunny the Goose Addled Dog
Sunny my Australian shepherd was so smart he almost learned to talk. He could jump a (6) fence sailing over the top with ease. He did almost everything right except when he decided to herd a flock of geese in the pond.
