S.P. Austen is an author of spiritual, metaphysical and self-help books, and he also writes short stories, novelettes, novellas, novels and poetry, often with a spiritual or metaphysical leaning. He is also a regular article contributor to HubPages.
His first published print book was "Meditation for Everyday Living" and was based on his personal experiences of meditation.
