New series and author for me. NO SPOILERS. I very much enjoyed this book, enough that I do want to continue the series (probably not as soon as I would like though!). For fans of this genre, there was nothing outlandish about the characters pursuit of their nemesis. All in all, engrossing detail, without being too gory, plus the interactions of the main characters, left me satisfied with this first in the series, and eager for more.
