I've known about Beneath Ceaseless Skies for a few years. When I heard about the anthologies it seemed the perfect item to add to my library. Every story has a richness and earnest direction that keeps me coming back for more. So far my favorite story is The Alchemist's Feather, though I would recommend you sample them all.
I read these stories as they appeared in Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and I'm delighted to have them in this collection. BCS has been a terrific addition to fantasy publishing; I look forward to more years, and more anthologies, of great reading.
