This Holiday Survival Guide is perfect. Short and sweet, while providing helpful tips. I have personally used some of these tips over the last few years and implement them everyday, not just for the holidays. I've maintained over an 80 pound weight loss for over 5 years and these tips have made an impact. As an ACE Certified Health Coach, Youth Fitness Specialist, PiYo Live Instructor, and a Turbo Kick Live Instructor I received a complimentary book in exchange for a review.
