I enjoyed this one but I wanted it to be longer.
I felt for Justin and understood his need to keep the family business running, even when doing so meant giving up on his dreams. He had moments of bitterness that made his character very realistic and at the same time made it harder for him to connect with Elliot. I found Elliot harder to connect with, but that was because he never gave the full story and as we were in Justin's head we only saw what he saw. I did like them together when they got there but wanted more from that time. I loved the ending, it was the solution I was thinking about while reading so it worked well.
The secondary characters we well done, I enjoyed Justin's families (especially his mum's) good intentioned meddling.
