Chapter 1 - Discoveries

Ever since that bastard Lance had left her for his tramp of a secretary, Elexus had been struggling to make ends meet. She hadn’t worked since she dropped out of college and married Lance; she hadn’t needed too. Lance was several years her senior and was a senior partner in one of the most successful law firms in town. He was literally worth millions, but she was never going to see a dime of it from him thanks to his position and power in the city. She had accepted that with the same since of hopelessness she had accepted the waitress job that she worked 60 hours a week just to cover her rent on the tiny little apartment over a pub in the run down east side of the city.

It all began when she confronted Lance over his latest, in what she knew was a series of affairs. She had never had any proof until that night though. He’d been working late and she had gotten out of a charity event early, so she decided to surprise him with a visit, and perhaps this time she’d give in to his fantasy of letting him take her on his desk! The thought excited her, though she was rather shy about such things, and was always afraid someone would see. What she saw when she walked through the lobby caused her to stop in her tracks staring in wonder. The scene unfolding in her husband’s office was so intense that she stood transfixed, unable to speak up and announce herself or to quietly slip away. Fortunately the lobby was dark and she remained unseen from her vantage point as she would have been mortified to have been noticed watching this lurid scene.
